We’re having our seriously-not-serious Geo-Potluck, Holiday Bake Off and Gift Exchange. Family and friends are invited! Kids are most welcome! Bring a culinary creation, and a libation (non-alcoholic), and party on until the break of early evening.

Bake Off Rules
Prizes are awarded for first, second and third places. A panel of volunteer judges (who have not entered a dessert) are eligible for ‘tasting’ each entry and scoring their top 3 favorites. You may enter any homemade, non-store-bought, dessert. Without identifying yourself (umm, don’t write your name), contestants will need to provide a ‘dessert name’ so the judges (and your hungry peers) can identify what they are tasting. To keep make it easy for us to share your dessert, please bring a serving utensil.
The ‘Bake Off’ desserts will be placed together on a table and labeled by letter A, B, C… Judges, armed with a healthy appetite, pen and paper will take one sample of EACH dessert. Each judge will then taste EVERY dessert and record their top 3 favorites based on presentation and taste. Once all of our judges have added one sample of each dessert to their plate, we open up the dessert table for attendees. Each dessert gets one point for each vote. Points are then tallied up and our top three ‘Bake Off’ contestants are awarded prizes.
Gift Exchange
Bring an inexpensive (under $5) wrapped gift, so we can have a random gift exchange (yes, old ArcIMS pins do qualify).
Directions
The easiest way to get there is simply head east from US-41, I-75, or US-301 on Big Bend Rd. until it becomes one lane. The entrance to the neighborhood will be on the south side of the road with signs at both sides of the entrance. Follow Mistral Cove Pl. to the stop sign and make a right turn into Cedarfield Dr. The clubhouse will be immediately on the south side.
If you are on Big Bend and go past the soccer fields, the school, or go past the stop sign, you have gone too far.
